I live there 6 and 1/2 years very nice folks, yes they rent by the month
It's better to actually go there and talk to Harry. He doesn't bother answering the phone because so many people call. I stayed there for about 6 months and I loved it.
Yes they do. Its a great place, but its hard to get anyone on the phone
