What a great hotel. Everything is new, updated clean and convenient. I like that there were 3 towel hooks in the bathroom, the full length mirror, plenty of towels, and extra little shelf under the mirror. We would stay here again. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly, and they let us check out a little later which was a big win!

My stay at this hotel would not have been the same without Talese Reed!!! She made our stay enjoyable, relaxing and hospitable. Best hotel stay thanks to her! A bonus should be in her near future because she makes your hotel lobby bright & sunny here in South Carolina! We WILL be back to see her beautiful smile anytime we are in the area!

Really nice and modern hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean. No carpet was a plus. The rooms are pretty small, at least the king. If you are planning on spending much time in there with several people would not recommend. The gym was fantastic, very well equipped. The negative is that it is on a busy road right by a stoplight and the hotel is not very sound proof. Reading other reviews we decided to give it a go anyway and took a small fan to help block out any noise; it really didn't help. There were a lot of loud cars going by all night. If you are used to noise at night like traffic, then this hotel would likely not be a problem for you but if you like it quiet I would not recommend. The staff was pleasant, no great interactions. As much as I liked the location I'm not sure I'd stay here again based off the noise.

We have found Tru to be a positive experience, and book from this brand confidently. This Tru in particular was delightful. A huge TV, clean room, and large gathering place in the lobby, hot breakfast, and convenient location made our vacation so pleasant. Some comment on the small rooms, but honestly, the rooms are just fine. The bathroom was not small, and i love the walk in shower. The large gathering spot in the lobby is a pleasant place to hang out. All hotel chains should take note of the Tru design. I personally think they have the best set up. This one was one of my favorites.
