Every time I go here the customer service is A+++. Employees have been super friendly and patient with a novice bike rider like me who asks such questions such as, "so, is my bike healthy?"and "I don't even know how to put air into my tires...can you help me with that?" Today, Eli helped me find a rack for the back of my bike and even installed it for no charge; he certainly didn't have to, so I really appreciated his generosity of time and knowledge. I would feel comfortable returning here anytime I have a bike-related issue or question!

Labor is $15, the cost of the chain varies a lot depending on how many speeds the rear derailleur is and it’s quality you can call the store and talk to a mechanic 952-938-8336
