There is no fee to participate in NAPA Rewards.

• All your searches for parts and accessories will be tailored to you and your vehicle(s). • You won't have to re-enter your vehicle, billing or shipping information each time you visit NAPA Online. • You'll have complete access to your order history. • You'll be able to personalize your account and indicate your communication preferences. • You'll be able to find a NAPA store with ease.

Since NAPA Online is available in all 50 states, the servicing NAPA store is required by law to charge sales tax for all purchases. For Reserve Online orders certain state and local fees may not be reflected in the total.

There's no charge to create an account with NAPA Online. It's completely secure and takes just a few moments.

You can sign up for NAPA Rewards either in-store or online. In-Store: Visit a participating NAPA AUTO PARTS store, provide the counterperson your mobile phone number, and you will be automatically registered into the program. You will be able to review your points/rewards balance and receive a $5 Welcome Reward if you link your new NAPA Rewards account to your NAPAOnline account (or create a NAPA Online account.) Online: Create a NAPA Online account and opt-in to NAPA Rewards during sign-up. NAPAOnline account members are eligible for a $5 Welcome Reward when linking a new or existing NAPA Rewards account.

NAPA Online offers product information including manufacturer, cost, availability and features. Customers can select and compare specific products like car brakes, batteries and filters. However, if you are looking for more specific information and need expertise, contact your local NAPA store.
