We lived here for the last 3 months and I really have nothing bad to say about our stay. This place just is what it is. There aren't a ton of amenities but what is there is nice, the laundromat, the dog park, there was a nice open area behind our RV for the kids and I to play soccer. The rent was cheap, and it was very quiet. I read alot of reviews about the power going outband we only experienced it 1 time and that was during heavy storms in April. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife,whom has pretty bad Alzheimer's and I came to this place in good spirits. We thought we were told good things about it. We were moved there by Adult Protective Services. We're on our way to retirement. NOW! YOU'VE PROBABLY HEARD ABOUT HEAVEN BEFORE. THIS PLACE IS EXACTLY THAT.

Close to off and access points. Nice laundry facilities, large spots for us 40'+ folks, some pull through sites for those who don't like to back up. All in all, a nice place to stay. I didn't give 5 stars because of the lack of lighting. The manager said it's being taken care. We'll see on our next stop. 👍

Under construction right now but looks to be pretty close to being opened up and it's going to be what looks to me like a very big and a very nice park. Will be right off of I-30 easy-on Easy-Off can't wait to see what the other big open spaces I see are going to be.
