If you are looking for help with genealogy, the people here can help you with that. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has many resources to help with that and there are people there appointed to help people find their ancestors. I would say to come in on Sunday and ask someone where the bishop is and talk with him. He'll help you with further questions.
