Awbury is truly a natural gem in the city of Philadelphia. This year, I've visited the arboretum for Thursday morning yoga classes, as well as for my Weaver's Way co-op hours. It's an amazing space to explore (and big!), and they do a wonderful job of working to connect the surrounding community to the natural beauty of North West Philadelphia. It's also a great event venue - whether you're planning a picnic, or a wedding (like us, 9 years ago), Awbury has so very much to offer.

The arboretum is open to the public. I've seen people walking their dogs there--on leashes.
This place good for social events too ..... Just call and see what's going on.....
