Little diner in downtown Joilet, about a block from Harrah's Casino & Hotel. We stopped in for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised, Sorry, we were so hungry we forgot to take pics, lol. I had a corned beef hash omelette that was pretty darn tasty if you like hash from the can ( I grew up with it ) If you're looking for fancy any way shape or form, don't stop...but, if you're looking for an old fashioned diner experience, check em out!! Good food & portions for a good price! 🙂

Perfect little greasy spoon with the Route 66 kitsch you want in a place like this. Big portions, great comfort foods. Also: they have grits! I don't often see grits thus far north, and it made me very happy.

I had the Monte Cristo blue plate special, hubby had the fish and chips. Both were out of this world wonderful. Best fries ever and the creamy chicken and rice soup was excellent. Friendly, great service and atmosphere! Highest recommendations! 👍👍

The food and service are always outstanding! I have never had a bad experience at the diner. There is such a variety. The omelets won't leave you hungry and the breakfast croissants are extremely filling. For lunches I enjoy the soup and sandwiches. The Chicken Tortilla soup on Wednesdays is my favorite. I like how I can get fruit instead of fries. Even though I love the fries, I'm trying to eat healthier. With the Turkey Club I can eat half and save the other half.
