I visit Joliet frequently from Cincinnati and I stay at this hotel every time I arrive. The staff exceed my expectations every time. I came to celebrate my birthday and they had a gift for me which was unexpected but very much appreciated. If anyone is looking for a hotel in the area or they're just passing through, I highly recommend staying at the Best Western Plus North for top notch quality service!

I really enjoyed my stay the staff was very helpful and kind they made sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable the room's very tidy and clean I really enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Very clean overall and friendly staff, good accessibility right off the highway and close to many different stores. The hotel itself has a pool and small gym area which seemed nice and the "free" breakfast had quite a good selection of food options. A good place to stay for a night while traveling.

Great hotel. Clean, modern and well appointed MCM theme rooms. Nice neighborhood with plenty of local amenities. Friendly staff. Parking was difficult. I parked my moving truck with my life in it on the street which made me nervous even though the neighborhood was ok.
