Not friendly which sticks out because Payson is a very friendly town. Shakes, only had vanilla. Gyros were not as tasty as other locations. They seem to be stingy on the meats here.

Food has been cold straight out the drive thru window. Not once or twice, it's every time something is sloppy, cold..a few of the front line people need to have a better attitude. This place as much as I love Arby's is becoming just as disappointing as BK up the street.

Food was great, didn't interact with service much so I don't have a good idea to put out yet. But the price is great for what i got and I would recommend for sure to any individual, or family of up to 5 maybe

My favorite sandwich at Arby's is their Reuben. Once again the sandwich was very good. This is what I expected and earns a solid three stars for not disappointing me. Meeting my expectations earns three stars. Disappointing me results in lost stars while pleasantly surprising me will earn an added star or two.
