Little hard to find and easy to miss the turn in. Front office was friendly and funny. I loved the breakfast. Pool said it was heated but was pretty cold, not a problem though. Lots of green, great walking area. Rooms are quiet, can't hear the neighbors. Great spot.

Wow is all I can say about this place! Super nice place too stay at up in the mountains north of Phoenix. We only stayed for one night when passing through to Phoenix but we would've gladly stayed for another night if we had more time. The outside is surrounded by a lot of trees which makes it super shady and cool. The room comes with all of the usual amenities but I liked that they had hot chocolate K cups for the coffee machine which is my absolute favorite! The beds were insanely comfy and the room got nice and cold with the AC unit which is just how I like it. Breakfast was really nice in the morning with donuts (homemade maybe?), Cereal, juices, waffles, bacon, yogurts, and a few other things. The pool is closed sadly due to an ongoing remodel project, but everything more than made up for that, plus exploring Payson was really nice which took some of our time as well for the evening. All in all I would say to stay here for sure! You can't go wrong at all and I guarantee you'll enjoy every second of your stay here. The front desk people are super friendly as well and well assist with anything that you need.

The staff here are wonderful. I made some pre-arrival requests that were met and made the room and amenities more enjoyable. The in-room fridge was taller than most hotels and held more. The rooms were very clean and the bedding was comfortable as well. We got the luxury suite for a birthday and anniversary treat and the jacuzzi in the room was amazing! The jets were better than most hotel pool area ones. The sitting area was wide and comfortable and the fireplace was cozy with padded seating all around it as well. Breakfast was simple but good - a couple of cereals, pastries, and oats, and a waffle maker and eggs and sausage made there. The back porch feeling was nice but less private and more like hanging out behind an apartment, no complaints just not private. Everything here you have read by others is what led me to choose this place and they exceeded my expectations. I travel locally with my wife a couple of times a month and have stayed at the best and worst types of hotels and this one was an amazing value with outstanding service and excellent amenities.

The young lady at the counter was very empathetic. She quickly identified my mistake, discussed my options, and then offered a solution that best fit my last minute needs. Not only was I finally done driving, there is a real breakfast in the morning? Not a grab and go. Perfect! The above and beyond customer service along with a Southern feeling environment is what truly made a lasting first impression. But don't take my word for it. Go ahead, book a room (pref king luxury room) and make your stay another pleasant memory!

Does anyone know what to do if you get locked out of your room and no one in the office?
