Positive: Just about everything. Rooms were clean, very nice they had the air on which was cool. And I enjoyed the breakfast you had there included with the room. The staff was very pleasant at the check in. Negative: The beds or very clean but a little bit 2 stiff. I prefer a softer mattress. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

I usually stay at Comfort INN's when i travel, they are decent for the price. This 1 however is horrible, please stay somewhere else. Where to start... Shower head is falling off, sink is clogged water takes for ever to go, you will not sleep beds are horrible, pool & spa are dirty, breakfast area has 3 little tables seats 9 people in a 50 room hotel! Rooms smell, just very old and outdated hotel.

The front desk Tony last night and this morning( sorry I did not ask her name) were very friendly and accommodated my request for check out time by 12pm instead of 11am. Room was very clean and big so it feels enough space to relax emotionally. I slept so well and deep. Because bed was so comfortable and sheet was so soft. I did not know Comfort Inn is really good reasonable priced hotel until now. Thank you so much for your kindness and welcoming to new guest who is very new to this area. It made a great impression on Payson community. Thank you again and wish you keep growing your business for the guests who need you.🙂

Wouldnt pick again. The lady at the front desk and we checked it was awesome. Super friendly. We got a good room and a great rate. When we booked nearly 2 months ago I was told they would be serving hot breakfast by The start of our stay. That did not happen we got a bag with a muffin and a prepackaged plastic wrapped breakfast sandwich. We have gluten in egg allergies so none of that was edible. Breakfast was $40 and we would’ve gone with a hotel with hot breakfast because of this. The light over the vanity went out so I had to drag a lamp over to try to get ready in the morning. No maintenance guy that early still haven’t had a call back about it and it’s much later in the day. Pool was good, nice and warm and the Jacuzzi was nice. We were here supporting our high school kiddo competing in a local wrestling tournament. We are also booster parents so we were covering the rooms for the kids to stay in. They didn’t accept cash and unfortunately I had cash to pay for the room so I had to put it on my own card and will have to file for reimbursement. There’s also no bank if america in town to deposit cash into. That’s not their fault though. At 10:45 at night I get a call that my card has been declined for the schools five rooms. The card in fact had not been declined there was another random persons card associated with those rooms, it was not my card. Got that cleared up. There was no hot water in the morning. They were sold out so they were just busy. At 11 the water stops completely for about five minutes and I don’t mean just the hot water I mean there is no water coming out of the shower my child and I were standing there covered in soap with no water freezing her butt off. The staff is friendly and clearly trying. There’s just some changes that need to be made
