This store is very well organized & clean! Sari was so helpful in helping me look for top & bottom scrubs to try on. She has a great personality & was extremely helpful! While I was trying on the scrubs she would bring to me different styles & that was very helpful to me. I ended up finding my size In jacket, top & bottom. I would definitely go back & recommend La Bella uniform.

This is for Joliet location. Maybe I have been spoiled by other scrub stores I’ve shopped at but the I felt that the selection at this store was limited mostly to Dickies, Cherokee, and HeartSoul. Not many options as far as print tops either. Their return policy is no returns which is awful customer service in my opinion. They only offer exchanges, unless you used a coupon, then the coupon does not roll over to the exchange - even if the coupon/discount is still active and within its original “use by” dates. Terrible customer service and lackluster selection. Now I know why they had to move stores - not for “visibility” but because they were probably losing money since they can’t keep customers.

Went in looking for scrubs and got so much help! Employees were super helpful showing me what to get and pulling what I would love! Would recommend coming here looking for scrubs..especially first time buyers like me !:)
