Everytime I come here the workers are kinda rude. They don't try to help unless asked, very short with you and just have that unpleasant air about them. You walk in and immediately feel like you're imposing on them because they just look annoyed.

I asked for cbd oil I could vape and not knowing the guy said I could vape one in particular… definitely is not intended to be vaped. Just completely lied to me to get me to buy it. Won’t b going bsck here

We have been going to this shop for several months, each time spending $60 to $70. The batteries on the vape pens we purchased would quit after a month or so. We kept going back because of the customer service. The gentleman would say he would take good care of us because we were good customers. 5 days ago we spent $82 on a new style of vape with replaceable batteries to avoid the problem of the internal batteries stopping charging. We placed the tank on the unit and 5 days later the bolt that holds the tank is coming loose. We took it to the store with a receipt. We were told "we must have screwed it on wrong" although we hadn't. The threads seemed to be bad and the tank would just spin and not tighten all the way. The employee messed with it a little bit admitting the unit was messed up and was a manufacturing issue. He basically handed it back to us and shrugged his shoulders and told us since it worked "sometimes" they wouldn't do anything about it. We will be spending our money elsewhere from now on. I will go somewhere else and buy a unit that works. It is ridiculous that they wouldn't stand behind a sale that was less than a week old. What they will lose in sales to us and anyone we know will far out weigh what it would have cost them to make this right.

I found a new hidden treasure. As soon as I walked in I was in love place is nicely stocked and organized. Customer service was A1 they we able to assist my cousin and I and inform us on the best products to get for our bucks. I am in love with this place. A must see!!! When you go there see Magic Man he’s so awesome.
