The young person at the register was very slow and spoke very soft. He wore a mask but the kitchen workers I seen weren't. The store was clean. I thought what I ordered would be ready to go and the cashier didn't tell me there'd be a wait. I was dripping sweat because of how hot it was inside. I don't know how those workers were able to stand it in the back near the oven. Our food was surprisingly very good, better than expected. I'll be back.

Friday, May 20th, 2022, we sat in line for over an hour just to get to the window and they tell us it will be an hour wait on pizza. Someone definitely should have came outside to notify waiting customers of the extremely long wait times. This location is always super slow and always have lines wrapped around the parking lot. Definitely poor management.

I wouldn’t eat from here, the pizza pans, wing pans, and bread pans are ALL dirty and reused DAILY, they literally don’t wash them. They let them cool off and then oil new dough is added to them. The sauces that goes on all the bread and wings literally sits out ALL day and night! so does the butter for the bread and crust the on pizza. They literally don’t use gloves while making anything. The pizza sauce/ toppings/ veggies are reused from the previous day. The stations are all dirty and sticky. Trash is left over night in the store near food

Please don’t go to this one at the Steger location. They are apparently “drive thru” only for what seems like forever now. So, if you plan on ordering through the app, for a pizza that might take 10-15min, plan on waiting in a long line of cars even for a pickup! It seems no one has organized a way for people who have orders that are literally sitting there to just simply walk in and pick them up. Unbelievable, was unable to get a hold of corporate either.
