This place used to be a grate place to live back in the day now I wouldn't live in there if it was the last place on earth people don't take care of there home or grabge in the yard like I said I used to love this place but not any more

The community is a nice, quiet, family-oriented place to live. We’re close to all the necessary amenities without being in the city. The staff at Riverbrook is very friendly and treats you like family making you feel welcome and appreciated for being a part of the community. I highly recommend living here!

We are hoping to open the Friday before Memorial day if all goes well. Fingers crossed!! We have lots of testing and inspections to have done but so far so good!! The cover came off today! It looks so pretty!
It runs between 350 and $500 depended upon the size of the lot I guess and if you only trailer or modular and I believe they rent for $799 a month for a double wide hope this helps you out
