What are we paying taxes for. The only way to reach anyone from this office Is to go there. They don't need a phone, no one ever answers it. Forget to pay, now you'll hear from them. The whole system needs to be revised.

Be prepared to wait at least 2 hours to even talk to someone. And definitely don't try calling, no one will answer and the message box will be full.
