Got 4 subs to go, left and got home to realize that 3 out of 4 subs were done incorrectly and 2 subs were completely different subs than what we ordered. They weren't even busy as we were the only customers in the establishment so there wasn't even a rush for there to be any confusion. Subs tasted fine at least...

I started going here during 2020. Was pretty decent at that time, but lately, their customer service and food quality has gone down hill. These young adults seriously don't understand how to greet ppl. I don't plan to return.

First time trying and I'd definitely go back again! The sub I ordered was delicious and I would like to try other kinds. My boyfriend's sub on the other hand was not as great. He ordered the Firehouse Hero (ham, turkey and roast beef); one half literally had a piece of roast beef the size of a nickel and that was it for the beef. He was not impressed.
