The optical department needs some serious managing. The last six months or so the waiting time has been ridiculous. Like watching paint dry slow. And don't blame it on Covid. The same 3-4 people are working there. Its understandable that customers who need to order glasses or have glasses adjusted or even repaired takes a little time. However, there needs to be a separate line for customers who are just picking up contacts that have been paid for. I waited nearly 30 minutes just to pick up contacts. Thank god for Liliana. She manages to accommodate 2-3 times the customers that everyone does. And why even bother having a phone extension for this department. No one answers the phone. I spent nearly an hour calling one day. I finally gave up and drove to the store where I witnessed the phone ringing constantly and literally every employee completely ignoring it. No one is too busy to just pick up the phone. AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, change the ticket number for every new customer! Its not that complicated!

Not only are the staff rude but the opticians are incompetent. I came here three times to readjust my glasses and they STILL were not made correctly. Eventually the optician told me it was my prescription which I know for a FACT is not because I have had two separate eye exams, one in Europe and one in the USA. Each doctor gave me a same exact prescription and each of the glasses I had made through them were great. How is it that I was able to get better glasses made in a third world country?

Price may be the best but some of the staff are very rude. My wife was walking up to one of them with my son's broken glasses, she was told "we don't fix that" before she even said a word...all she wanted to find out was the size of the glasses so we could buy another pair. Not a good way to treat a customer who wants to spend money...

I have purchased lenses, glasses, and contacts for kids and adults. Prices for frames and lenses are very reasonable. Contacts are slightly cheaper and kept in stock. All three gentleman who work the counter are extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable.

$120 for contact lens exam. Not sure for the glasses.
There are a couple of boards at the entrance of optometrist mentioning #Eyeglass Exam - including eye health evaluation and copy of prescription is $80.00 & Dilation and visual fields may be extra; #Contact Lens Exam - including eye glasses exam and prescription for spherical contact lens is $120 & Dilation and speciality contact lens fittings are extra; For any additional service pricing, it might be a good idea to contact the optometrist.
