Scheduled cleaning of my couch. Gentlemen called before arrival to let me know he was on his way. As he got near he called again and said he could not get to my house due to road construction, this is/was 100% not true. The technician proceeded to argue with me and then hung up on me. I called the office and the gentleman told me he would call him and get it sorted out and asked if I’d mind if the original technician was still ok to clean my couch. I answered by saying yes as long as he changes his attitude as I do not appreciate being hung up on. The office staff member then said “I’ll let you take that up with him, he’s a really bug guy”, I said I don’t care I deserve to be treated with respect. He then called technician and called me back. Naturally our stories didn’t line up and he told me we are going to pass on doing business with you. So I asked him “you’d rather loose a customer than stand up to your employee” and replied “yes, we have plenty of customers and we don’t mind loosing business to you”. This is the very first time I’ve ever called a carpet/furniture cleaning company and omg what a disaster. I strongly suggest NOT using this company!
