Absolutely amazing! The ravioli was so creamy inside. 1st eating Chicago deep dish! Yum. I thought it would be all bread? Surprise nope! Ranch dressing 🤮 not for this okie!

Very convenient location to the McCormick center hotels. A very nice, comfortable vibe, and the food was really good, especially the deep dish pizza. The wait staff and service was quick, friendly, and efficient. The only reason I did not give five stars is that the side salad was a little lacking in size with a paltry mix of vegetables amongst the lettuce, based on its price and menu description. All in all, I would go back.

Visiting Chicago from Virginia and Pizano’s was close to our hotel so we decided to check it out. Started off with the cheesy garlic bread and it was fantastic. I ordered the four cheese tortellini and my girlfriend tried to order the goat cheese ravioli but was told they didn’t have it. So she ordered the Pasta Vodka A “La” Strauss. Food was really good. We would definitely come back. Now the disappointing parts: No goat cheese ravioli, no chocolate chip or peanut butter cookies for desert and no to-go cups for drinks. We were offered an ice cream container for a to-go drink. Really? Overall it was a good experience with a few minor disappointments.

Horrible!!!! I ordered a deep dish cheese pizza which had a thin burnt crust hidden under tons of cheese and sauce! When I asked for the manager Nora, she rudely blew me off and actually tried to justify this by saying that's just how their pizza is and I got what I ordered. I don't normally write reviews but I couldn't let this pass! Ridiculous! Buy a frozen deep dish pizza from Walmart, you'd get a better pizza. This place should be out of business (which explains why it was so empty on a Saturday). Avoid the location on Indiana in Chicago! Doesn't even deserve one star!
