Worst customer service experience. Your employees are too worried about doing nothing and texting. Rude to customers and refuse todo customer pick up. Why offer a service if you you’re not going to follow through? Maybe call Target for training on customer service and online ordering?

Three cashiers at self checkout and one register open! Customer service use to be a huge thing here guess not anymore. Barely see employees in the isles and if you do they don't ask if you need help.

Tonight I needed a new clothes rod for my closet shelving in a dark color. The one they had wasn't packaged and at the register I was told that they couldn't sell it so they gave it to me. Life is good when you shop at Home Depot in Punta Gorda!!
