An amazing day and incredible crew at the NASCAR Racing Experience. My daughter got this for me as a birthday gift, it's been on my bucket list for a long time. From the time you check in until you leave these folks doing nothing but make sure you have an incredible experience and that you leave smiling from ear to ear. Driving a race car on the Daytona track was a surreal experience and doing it 150 MPH is something that I will never forget. My daughter did the ride-a-long and she hasn't stopped talking about how much fun it was too. I can't express completely how hard these people work to make sure each customer has a wonderful experience, they were all just amazing, thank you all so much for such a great experience.

Greatest place to see a race in the United States. You will not be disappointed. Go to the Daytona 500 or Coke Zero 400. It's the most fun you can have with your pants on.

Hello, i am a tourist from France. I am coming really often in the states (all over every states). The main advantage to come here in usa is the service, and people always want to satisfy you as a customer! This place? What a joke, run away from it. I had an appointment to come and drive for 5 minutes (really expensive). Unfortunately, it rained so they asked me to come back the day after… Ok , i did it. Next day, i came and added my wife in another car in ride along. (She was not driving). I also paid for the full package (video + pictures). At the end of our experiences (me and my wife). They gave me videos of each experience. My wife has the sound, but not me. (No sound at all) I called them, they told me to come back again another day to fix it, and why not race again! I came again (1 hour 30 minutes driving from my hotel in Orlando, the 3rd time). I explained them the situation, below are the answers: - the audio is not guaranteed in the video (nobody told me that, if they would tell me, i would not take the video for 100 usd per person / also why my wife has the sound and not me) They really think i am stupid. - they didnt want to let me race another time with new video with sound - they didnt want to refund me directly. They wanted me to contact the headquarter in Charlotte. WHAT A JOKE 1000 usd spent for 5 minutes pleasure (the experience was great) and an awful service. What do they want me to do with a video with no sound on it, it’s useless! Worst, they were rude and not trying to help us with this disaster situation. I talked to everybody there: manager,… Nothing changed! They are not listening and are not professionnals. Video without sound?! They cannot guarantee. What a joke. PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, TOURIST OR NOT. It was a crazy experience. Never had a poor service like that in the states in my life. Congratutlations guys, you are number 1 now!

Did the 3 lap ride along, what a blast. They make it easy to get into the track, and being on pit row was awesome. The ride is one I will never forget and I cannot believe how accessible and easy it was, the folks working there were all amazing. Driver (Mark) gave a great ride, this is so worth doing.
