The front desk is always super efficient in making sure everyone is experiencing a fast and easy check in. The restroom facilities are ALWAYS up to par. The equipment and massage beds are always functional. If it is a rare occasion that there is a malfunction in ANY of the equipment, a service ticket is opened immediately and the next time I come for my workout, the maintenance ticket is resolved. It’s a peaceful yet fun environment where I feel welcomed and I know I belong. I’m proud to be a part of the Planet Fitness community!

Layout of gym needs improvement including the free space available. Staff would benefit from finding a better balance between friendly and professional including not eating from a bag of potato chips on the gym floor in front of people exercising as a start point. At least it’s clean overall.

Good question. It's impossible to determine if this club is open yet or what the restrictions are if it is. Why don't you guys update your website and/or facebook page to make this information easy to find?? Are the locker rooms open, or will I need to change in the lobby? Am I forced to wear a mask? (I won't waste a trip if I am) Can I use the showers? Can I get in if the facility is crowded? C'mon man, get your s*** together and provide this information online.
