Nice place local to find your out of town food items, food court area is also a plus...

Very good Chinese grocery store with a lot of varieties (with reasonable prices). Only that the eating area --- pick one or more dishes to go with rice --- didn't seem to be too popular with customers. They may add more varieties I think. Why the dumplings were all of "Prime Food" (嘉嘉)but NONE from Wei Chuan (味全)?

I mean, if you live on Long Island and don't want to deal with the crowded nonsense of Flushing or the newly opened 99 Ranch, then this is for you. Weekly deals on Asian vegetables. Usual assortment of meats and seafood. Prices are not outrageous (Flushing can be a bit cheaper). The food court prices are a bit outrageous though. Between this place, 99 Ranch and the H-mart nearby, you're pretty well covered.

Before you enter the store they check your temperature and give you gloves. They maintain the store clean. You can see it on. The foods are organize too.. fresh vegetables, seafoods and meat. Their butchers and fish department are nice and tidy. They have hand sanitizers that customers can used. Since the pandemic this our go to Asian Grocery or Food store.
I am not sure. But my friend who works there says its local or within usa. We only purchased ingredients that we want from Asia. We get our short ribs in our local butcher shop near our place. So if you prefer really fresh meat you should get it locally.
Yes they have water spinach. I went there in the morning to make sure they still have it for the day.
You'll only find out when u go in there.
Not sure but they accept my visa and Mastercard

I don't think so...

Not as of today. I just asked a worker and they said June 10-15th it should have it's grand opening. Food court has a noodle house, sushi, as well as other items. Update: just called today (the 10th), and they are not yet open. Likely another week. Update 2: as of today still not open. I estimate August they will be open.
Yes. Just ask the staff. 16 bucks
It is open now! Roast meats (duck, cha siu), soy sauce chicken. Also lunch counter style (3 sides, rice and soup for ~$7). I think about 15 sides selections. Ma la tang. A small selection of dim sum foods like radish cake, fried dumplings, shrimp in rice noodles, etc. Small section of ready packed sushi. Bubble tea (think regular simple sort, not tea shop). There's seating. It gets packed during lunch hours.

From what I remember, there's at least a Chase Bank and a McDonald's there.
