We prefer to grill it! But you can boil, bake, broil, or fry it as well. Just make sure the internal temperatures is above 165 degrees.

Our Luncheon Loaf, also known as Veal Loaf, contains Semolina, a gluten containing grain. Our other products do not have any gluten-containing ingredients. The semolina is kept in a secured container, and veal loaf is the last product made each day, so the chances of cross-contamination are minimal. Thanks!

Since it js smoked, Rosol's kielbasa can be eaten without additional cooking. The fresh kielbasa has not been smoked and cannot be eaten raw. I recommend baking it in the oven with a quarter cup of water in the pan. Approximately bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°

Hi Henry! We are a small family business located in New Britain, CT. We make gourmet kielbasa, hot dogs, deli meats, and sausages. They are available for sale in CT grocery stores but we also have our own Retail Store attached to our facility at 45 Grove Street! I’m sorry though, no kielbasa sandwiches here!

Hi Martin, we use our original recipes and the only kielbasa that we make right now does contain Sodium Nitrite. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Hi Gwen! There are no ingredients that contain gluten in our kielbasa.

The kielbasa is smoked, but most folks cook it. Delicious baked for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Boiled is adequate, but less flavorful. (They also have "fresh" kielbasa, unsmoked, that Requires cooking in the oven.) Both are GREAT done on the grill!

The meat is good and flavor is great,beef or pork I don't know. I have been eating them for over 45 years.

You can buy kielbasa with EBT its not considered cooked food.
