Went at 11 P.M. for a SCHEDULED vaccine appointment. The only time slot available. I arrived at 10:45 to check in. Not a single other person was in the store or at the pharmacy. I was checked in and at that moment, an Uber Eats food delivery was made to the pharmacy counter and the staff disappeared to the back to eat for about 25 minutes. They never even asked me to wait. The food arrived and the staff simply disappeared. Once they were full (I guess...), it took 2 whole minutes to get the vaccine - which they should have given me before their feast😒 I had to agree to be on time and in fact, arrive early - which I did. What would have happened if I showed up on time and then told them to wait ½ hour for me to eat!

I hope they close this pharmacy soon. Can't get any more this place. You can get done evrything online but this place on westmain str can't get done even if you are in person in the store!!!!!!

I have been with them for years, and I am finally leaving. I’ve told them COUNTLESS times not to automatically renew my prescriptions and they NEVER listen, even after I spoke with management. My medicine changes so I don’t want them refilled automatically ever! It so annoying and frustrating. Never going back to this place. A few of my family members have the exact same problem with this place and have already left.

Worse place for prescriptions. The pharmacy is so disorganized. The lady made me wait because she was "busy". They deleted my husband's information and told me that they couldn't refill his medicine because of a mistake they made. This has been a recurring problem with the people working there, mind you they never answer the phone and are always rude.
