Hi, my name Chris an I got a room for my Daughter on Prom night here. An It was overall the worst. The night shift Employee (Molly) Lied to me about putting my money back on to my card when she knew that she wasn't going to, but lead me to believe that it would be added back on to my Card. And that's the only, & the only reason why I agree too except the room. And now I'm fighting with them to get it back! Horrible Customer By Far The Worst Ever! Molly The Manager! An I also Warned my Family, Friends Not to Stay nor Reserve a room here your not a good business. An It was also told to me that you don't take cash deposits but, you did except a cash deposit again Lies. I just want what I was told I would get back.

I have stayed here numerous times over the years as it’s close to family and easy access to the airport. Understanding that COVID put financial pressure on these hospitality businesses but this hotel is in bad shape. The carpet is very worn. There’s a bad odor as you walk in the side door and go up to the 2nd floor. Many broken things in the room. A broken toilet paper holder, broken shower tiles just to name a few. The staff is friendly but they’re very overwhelmed. It took me nearly an hour to get a set of bedding for the sofa bed and had to make multiple trips down to the desk as the poor woman who was working tried to keep up with checking people in, answering phones, etc. The area around the hotel is very depressed. A defunct mall nearby, horrible roadways and dozens of closed businesses are a reflection of how bad it is in what once was a very nice area. We will be staying at a different hotel for our future trips

I have had a great experience here for almost a year now. I would like to thank Becca, Molly, Jessica and every other friendly staff I have encountered. You guys have made my experience just wonderful! Great hotel and wonderful staff overall! You guys rock!

My guy and I stayed at this location 3/18 - 3/19/2022 to attend a function in Addison. Lets just say room 124 did not meet the sanitary or cleanliness standards we are accustomed too. Noticed particles still on the utensils in the drawer, refrigerator was dirty on the top, you could still stains on the stovetop. In addition, stains on the couch along with the toiletries in the bathtub were not clean. During these Covid-19 times, the residence inn needs to ensure the rooms are spotless and well sanitized. We’ve stayed in residence inns prior to Covid and never had to write a negative review. Perhaps, more cleaning staff need to be added onto your premises.
