Worst customer services I have ever experienced in my life. I am amazed at what happened. I schedule my TSA appointment two months prior that was the wait time. I am all done ready to go and I mention that my name is going to change in a year and the man helping me suggested I VOID my application and wait until my name is changed. I thanked him for helping me and giving me that information and left. I called TSA pre-check directly and was told I was given the wrong information and I should have completed my application. I immediately went back to this location for help to submit my application and they told me to make another appointment or I could try being a walk in later that day. My application was only not processed 1 hour earlier because of bad information from this office. TERRIBLE SERVICE no cared that this company provided false information. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Third floor for anyone looking for it and can’t find it. Google says it’s on the first but it’s not. Building staff is super helpful in pointing you in the right direction. Super fast an simple process if you have your appointment set up. I recommend trying to get there early as parking close by can be a challenge if your commuting by car.
