I have 2 say lately that I have been in and out of here. Compared to before the Pandemic where I would be stuck for hours sometimes 🙃.. it seems since the Compass website has been up and moving that things are so much easier now.. Just make sure you call and double check that they received everything on thier end so your benefits aren't stopped for any reason..

They don't do their jobs right despite me calling them multiple times and confirm my info. There are mentally incapable staff who gave me different answers about something so important. They can't even do something so simple. I can't rely on them anymore, I am done.
