Yes they do.

Yes they rent by the month. I rented for a month on March 2017. I changed my plans and checked out for a couple of the weekends and they still have me they monthly rate for my interrupted stay.

Yes they rent by the month and they rate they offered me was $90 a day. Holiday Inn in Carol Stream has suites available for less than that. But residents in only bills when the balance reaches $1,000. But they may give you a different rate. The breakfast is always good. And the staff is great.
