So far they refuse to do anything citing that the insured has not answered their call. They said they won't do anything if he keeps refusing to answer their call at which point my only recourse will be a lawsuit Edit- so the insured did answer the call eventually. A 3rd party estimator reached out to assess the damage. Very prompt and professional experience with them. I selected my body shop and had my car fixed there. Ag workers gave a rental mid size car for my fullsize EV luxury car.
