Easy no hassle service with no wait. The location is misleading. Surprisingly clean and well lit facility on the first floor. I called before I went there and the customer service online was excellent!

You have to be patient and hit the right prompt. As for talking to a human, it might be worthless. Why? The customer service at optimum plus what they're told to tell us Meg's this company sub par.

Yes, they do offer limited Android cell phones that are compatible with their cellular service. It's legitimate cellulatr service and they partner with Sprint if I am not mistaken. Go check it out, it's worth a trip.

Customer service outsourcing, I believe, makes resolution of customer service needs more difficult. Also the departments lack of access to one another is also problematic. Supervisors also do not get back to customers.

I have been having the same issue for almost two months now...on and off. Opt wants to charge me $80 if they come out and don't find an problem. So I keep making and cancelling service appointments.
You need to buy a high speed router and then connect a DSL cable directly from the router to the television.
