My daughters pediatrician couldn’t get her in for several days so we brought her into your facility. We were able to be seen immediately and got a correct diagnosis. All the staff were very friendly and gentle while they swabbed her nose and throat. The Dr was amazing and we felt included on the plan of care.

Prompt, professional and attentive care was provided. Very patient and extremely helpful. Exactly the assistance needed for my issue vs. facing an hours long wait at a nearby large hospital ER.

Came to see the doctor about a possible spider bite. Dr. Briani has the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced in my life. He told me it could be a zit, bug bite, or cancer. He sent me away, terrified, with a prescription and advice to see my primary care doctor. I will NEVER be back.

It is not normal to say that a 3 am visit to the emergency room was a positive experience, but our emergency visit to Preston Hollow Emergency Room was the best that it could be considering the circumstances thanks to the professionalism, attentive care, and processing speed of the exceptional night shift. HUGE difference from a typical hospital emergency room visit! A huge thank you to the team: Dr. Laura Craig-Miles Monica Thomas—CT/X-RAY Alessandro Ellison—Nurse Marilyn Carcamo—Front Desk

They will send you a bill and then you can call and get on a payment plan. But also know that there will be 2 bills. One for the Dr and the other for the visit
