I am very happy that my wife settled a disagreement with this store. The owner, Paula, was very accommodating. My wife has been very self conscious of her weight in recent months and wanted to cancel an order she placed because she didn’t like the way she looked in the dress. The receipt had said no cancellations, so she became upset. Paula was so kind and understanding and refunded her for the dress. Thank you Paula.

Omnibus has a customer for life with the experience that we had! I live in Rochester so when I bought the dress and it was shipped here, there were a couple things that needed to be modified. Paula didn't hesitate and assisted us every step of the way, even covered the cost of tailoring. The dress is absolutley stunning and we couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience we had. This place requires an appointment before going. I did not know this and I walked in, the workers there are so kinda and we’re able to squeeze us in. They’re so respectful and make you feel comfortable while shopping for dresses. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a beautiful prom dress, bridesmaid dress, or mother of the bride dress.

I had an appointment here last Saturday for my soon to be mother in law. When we arrived, our personal shopper (believe her name was Sarah) seemed to be positive and friendly. That quickly changed when my future MIL explained that she wanted something not very revealing of her cleavage and shoulders with short sleeves. Sarah proceeded to make comments like my 85 year old grandmother would show more skin than that as she kept pulling strapless or halter top dresses. She kept telling her that everything she wanted was a bad idea and not in style. She then told me that I was encouraging her because I wouldn’t go along with forcing her into a dress she didn’t feel comfortable in. At the end of the appointment as my MIL in the middle of getting back dressed in her clothes, Sarah comes over and says,” you can’t be that conservative if I can see your bra.” We both left in disbelief. What happened to customer service?! Awful experience! Would not recommend

Appointments are required to limit the amount of people in the store at the same time. Masks are required and each fitting room gets sanitized after each client.
