Great establishment. This was first time visiting Babylon Village market to buy some A5 Wagyu. When it was shown to me I noticed it was tagged from Kumamoto. I cut a slice for dinner and another for the week. The remaining went into my dry ager. The cut of meat has great marbling and I look forward to the results in 30 days. The staff was very friendly and the gentleman that helped me knew exactly what I was looking for and needed. I'll definitely visit again. Thank you much! Update*** after the 30 day dry aging process the A5 lost quite a bit of weight but the flavor was beefier but still very tender. Added two photos, one shows the pellicle and the other the results of the dry age. Outstanding!!! Very awesome shop indeed they truly carry excellent meats that are perfect for dry aging. I'll be visiting soon since I've been cooking it nonstop and sharing with friends and family.

BVMM catered our event last weekend and the food and service were excellent. The pig roast was just what we asked for and the food was soooo delicious. I highly recommend the pig roast and the grill package, it was all so fresh and tasted amazing.

Slow service and they constantly screw up orders at the deli. For what they charge they should do better. They’ve been there for a long time so how long before they figure it out? Done with this place

This place didn't need anymore publicity or pats on the back for the level of quality they produce. Until today when I had an order ahead lobster roll. Sheeessshhh! I demolished the lobster roll along with their delicious crispy fries. Sooooo good. Love this place
