A lot of reasons! 9 times out of 10 its forklift to trailer ratio. Heck of a lot more trailers then loaders. And if that happens not to be the case a million other reasons come into play. They dont just say hey don't even start on this guy for hours. They have no reason to cost theirselves more money. Are you always on time as a driver and if you are your one of very few!
I would ask human resources. I believe it was in our handouts at orientation or the book.
