Security guards are great and so is Jordan. For the rest of them they need to be let go and someone else in charge. Especially the office witch Jean McMillian. She is very rude and hateful, and does not respect any driver at all. She goes around and gossips about drivers to other drivers and guards in the guard shack. Very unprofessional! She calls your company if you make her mad and lies about things. Watch out if you go there she will make sure your life is hell.

She was nice so I gave stars but they took over 2 hours for a uneven load straps and load are un even . And she took 30 minutes to give me the paperwork
