If I could rate a complete "0" for my last visit, that's exactly what this location would receive. Impolite, unfriendly, unprofessional and deceitful are just "some" of the words that explain the treatment I was shown. Followed-up with a call to corporate to file a formal complaint. Totally unacceptable behavior by the staff on duty that day. They were all collectively a recipe for disaster. Quest needs to step up their game! After more than 20 years, I will NOT go back to this location & most likely not Quest!

Every time I go to get blood drawn I ask for Dayna. Never had issues, very polite and helpful.

The only phlebotomist who ever gets my vein on the first try is Dayna! She is not only good at finding my vein, she also has great customer service! If you have veins that are hard to find Dayna will find them!

There is always a problem at this Quest. Someone forgets the keys or the individual in charge of opening never arrives on time. One reason or another almost every weekend that I have been there. There has been as issue and after being in line for a long while prior to them opening. I have been told that there is a good chance I cant be seen today.

Use the automatic schedule to make or cancel appointment. Make sure you specify which location in north haven when you call the automatic system. There are 2 in north haven.

I believe I made an appointment (for Edmund Bolan) scheduled at the Washington Avenue North Haven location for tomorrow morning but I haven't received a confirmation. Can you please verify if an appointment is scheduled.
