Absolute horrible people. I was running late and called to let them know. The very nice scheduler called the office to make sure it was okay, and I was told as long as I was there by 5:30 there wouldn’t be an issue. I was there at 5:17 and they wouldn’t let me in and insisted I was never told that, even though I spoke with someone offsite so they have no way of knowing what I was told. I just drove 2 hours to get here for a 5 minute appointment to pick up a sleep device and now have to come back because they are too lazy to accommodate and too uncompassionate to care about their clients.

The morning nurses are really rude to their paitents. They don't explain things to the paitents clearly. My wife left her study earlier than what she was supposed to due to how these nurses were speaking to her. This is the second time she's been there and has to deal with stuff like this. The first time she had to do a sleep study they rushed her out of the facility because they got off at 5 pm while she waited for her medical ride. Now for the second time around they make her feel as if they are retaliating against her for her reporting her first experience. I do not recommend this place for anyone. And this was in North Haven.

Good luck trying to get these people to call you back! Left several messages on voicemail and no return call or either their voicemail is full! Mind blowing!
