I will never purchase from Sears again, their repair service is terrible. I was first scheduled for 6/6, they called me the day before to say they were over booked and to reschedule for the 10th. I checked with them on 6/7 to verify my appointment and they verified it was the 10th but could not give me a solid time frame, now I am being told it is not for the 10th but for the 11th. Will not do anything to help, get no one from the US, strictly overseas. Horrible, horrible, horrible, I see why they are going out of business. This type of service is unacceptable.
