At Aurora Appliance we do not sell appliances but we do help customers who are purchasing new appliances from local dealers. We help with selection of the new appliance to assure it will fit in the existing space and match existing appliances. We also offer installation services that include installation of your new appliance as well as removal and disposal of the old appliance. If the appliance is being purchased in the Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, and surrounding Lowcountry areas, Aurora Appliance will pick up and deliver your new appliance.

Our technician will return to the office to source the required parts and research any manufacturer’s updates. We will use that information to prepare a written estimate and deliver that to you along with an estimated completion date.

If your appliance only needs an adjustment or re calibration and does not require any parts our technician can frequently complete the repair on that first visit.

The vast majority of our appliance diagnostic calls are completed within two business days. Often we are able to come out the same day. Depending on the urgency of your situation we also offer after-hours and weekend emergency appointments.

We place parts orders daily, sometimes multiple times a day. Our parts typically arrive within 5-7 day and many times sooner. Once your part arrives we ensure the accuracy and quality of each part. Our office will then contact you to schedule your repair.

Once you have received the diagnosis for your appliance, our office will explain the repair costs as well as any other options available. No additional charges will be incurred without your prior approval.
