This is a very nice theater. We order our tickets ahead of time and it’s very convenient. Also online they give discounts for certain times of the day. If you are ordering tickets when you get there they also offer a student discount! Have been here twice now and have no complaints!

Was super excited to see Maverick. The film was flickering like a strobe light. Instead of stopping the film and offering refunds, it just kept playing. When we decided to go out to the desk, we were told it was too late for a refund. No apology was given and the manager had a snippy attitude. Things happen, but this could have been handled much better than it was. There are 5 other auditoriums, maybe try another projector? Or the Fitchburg UA theatre is showing it too. Nope, just let it go and be snippy when customers want a refund. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Similar to some of the other reviews, the manager at this location gives off the impression that she does not care. I went in to use a re-admit pass (that I received after a similarly negative experience at a different AMC where a man passed out in the middle of the movie) and to also buy another ticket. I was charged for both tickets. After a tense back and forth with the manager, I decided that the hassle was not worth it and to watch the movie at a later point. The manager then told me that she had refunded me for both of those tickets when I could clearly see in my credit card that I had only been refunded for one, and refused to listen when I tried to explain that I had only been refunded half of the amount that I had paid. She just gave me another re-admit pass (which has an expiration date of June 30, 2022 but she claimed the date didn't matter and I could use it whenever) and told me to dispute the charge with my credit card. The young, male worker at the front desk was very pleasant and apologetic but the manager made this an incredibly uncomfortable experience.

The girl clearly hated her job, every surface was sticky, she thrusted us our 3/4 full bucket of popcorn with no instructions to get our own butter (we were in town for some games) and it was NOT clean. Just…not a good experience. Bathrooms clearly were not cleaned in a while, trash cans were full to the brims, it was gross.
