Not the best. Accommodations I was told would be met weren't when I got there. Front desk was just "well things happen" attitude. Doors meant to be locked arent. They dont appear to shut properly. Floor was completely sticky. Just yuck experience all the way around. Save your money and time.

Paid extra for Executive Queen, but room is a double without advertised microwave and fridge. No accessible rooms available. Ramps need handrails. Every room has TV on maximum volume for whatever reason. Must be incredibly dangerous neighbourhood because all but front entrance is locked out. Only vending machine is out of order. Look out for the section of ceiling that's only 5'6" clearance. It's a trash show.

If you've been to Motel 6 before, you will know what to expect. Things are generally clean and the room is decent. The bathroom seemed clean to us, and in good condition. The king bed was soft. The TV had plenty of channels to choose from. There are only a few towels, but they will gladly give you more upon request. Our room did not have a fridge nor microwave. Despite that, we were quite happy with our stay overall. Typically I'd have rated this a 4/5, because you get what you pay for, and I'd consider this a good deal. However, one place I was disappointed was regarding policy with the building entrances. There are numerous doors leading outside, but you're forbidden from using them to enter, with the threat of being asked to leave. You may only enter through the main door around front. This is at ALL hours of the day. During our visit, it was raining nearly the whole time. We have 2 dogs who have to frequently be taken outside. So I was forced to circumnavigate the building twice (once for each dog) multiple times in the rain.

I loved my stay. Wendy at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. I loved the brick accent wall inside of the room I had. The bathroom was very clean. I like that the room seemed to be updated. I’m in Madison very often so I will definitely stay here every time I’m down here. I recommend this budget hotel to everyone in the Madison area.
