Dr. Deborah K. Rosin is an excellent doctor, listens carefully, spend enough time performing required examination and doesn’t provide un-necessary medication Very pleasing personality. Other staff are also good. Most important for me is there is no wait time.What is disappointing is the patient portal. Very poorly designed and poorly maintained website that combines multiple practices.And medical records are not available.In order for this practice to shine better, they should maintain their own portal or switch the provider. I must be able to see all my records at my fingertips. Especially, there is nothing about my visits and doctors notes to look at. It is better if they have a mobile app.

Incredible doctor and team. My daughter had tonsils removed one week ago by another Dr. She had post surgery bleeding the following week and Dr. Rosin was the Dr on call when I phoned at 3 am because my daughter was spitting up blood. Dr. Rosen told us to meet her at JFK. She has fabulous people skills and was constantly in contact with my family. Her team was the same way and went above and beyond to insure we were aware of her plan and followed up throughput procedure and in recovery. I was at ease because of Dr. Rosin. I highly recommend her and the team at JFK. Every Dr and nurse spoke highly of her. I don’t know where we would have ended up if not for her judgement call on the phone at 3 am. Grateful

This review is from my Wife who has been treated by Dr. Rosin for the last 2 months and just underwent a tonsillectomy on 7/22/22. Dr. Rosin and her entire team deserve 5 stars and were above and beyond exceptional in every aspect of clinical care and the overall patient experience. Dr. Rosin is an exceptional ENT Doctor and Surgeon with a sweet, calming demeanor who put me at ease immediately. She’s kind of like your favorite cool Aunt who also happens to be a brilliant surgeon. Before, during, and after the surgery she always took the time to explain everything and answer every question. I never felt rushed or not listen to, as typical with most Doctors these days. I was incredibly anxious before the surgery, especially reading about how difficult and painful adult tonsillectomies can be. My experience was far from difficult and I am so thankful Dr. Rosin was recommended to me! I will always highly recommend her to anyone who needs an ENT Dr. Her entire team was awesome as well! They made sure I was well prepared and had everything in order prior to my surgery. Thank you sooo much Dr. Rosin and Team!!!
