Cool machine, but the best part about this company is their customer service. Even leaving them a review, you can expect an answer within a day. When I had one key (out of many) not work so well and I mentioned it in a review they just went ahead and gave me a refund on my whole order by next morning, even though I had not even asked for it. Another time I sent an email asked about the shipping time, and again received a prompt email to answer my questions. Truly one of the best CS I have come across in a long time. I do not say this lightly and have no other incentive to write this besides that I have really enjoyed the service. Just awesome :) Thanks
