ENT and Allergy Associates is extremely well organized, from the stellar staffing up to the Doctors.. Dr Rosin is Spectacular and answers any and all question a patient may have. The office Manager is Polite, Courteous, and Professional and Deserves credit for how well this office is run. Melinda Zier who is the Surgical Coordinator for all of the Doctors in this practice is beyond superb.. I honestly do not know how she does it, But nothing falls through the cracks.. She is extremely talented and patient and also deserves an outstanding recognition. I would not hesitate to Recommend ENT Associates , Dr Rosin or Melinda to all my friends family and Relatives..

Terrible. I saw Dr. Mehta in January about my apnea issues. I had the sleep study done and it was confirmed that I suffer with sleep apnea and I need a cpap machine but Dr. Mehta never put in the prescription with the sleep wellness center. Dr. Mehta called me with the results and told me I have to call the sleep center to get the machine. I called the sleep center and they told me Dr. Mehta needed to send in the prescription or referral or whatever it is to confirm with the sleep center that I need the machine. I called the office and explained it to the service, they said they would send the message to Dr. Mehta. I waited about 2 weeks; when I didn't hear anything back, I called ENT. Once again I got the service, I believe his name was Jeff who said he would mark my call "priority". I waited another 2 weeks. When I called the office and insisted on speaking with the office directly, the office told me the service never told them I had called! She promised to send in the prescription to the sleep wellness center. I waited 1 week and called the sleep center and they confirmed that they received the prescription. It's been over two weeks again and I still don't have a cpap machine. I called at 4:00 today (April 1) and was told that because their office closes at 4:30, I will have to wait until next week to talk to someone in the office. It's been 3 months and I still don't have a badly needed cpap machine. I'm stuck with these incompetent people because I paid for the initial consultation. As most of us know, insurance doesn't cover that much, it was a lot of money out of my pocket that I don't want to have to pay again with a more competent doctor and office. Not sure how they are with minor issues but I strongly recommend finding a more reliable and competent office for major issues.
