On the surface this looks like a nice hotel: nice looking building, well stocked fitness center, nice looking pool, airport shuttle being offered etc but there are ants and silverfish all over my room and I’ve seemingly killed a million bugs tonight. I’m too tired at this hour to try and switch rooms but yuck 🤮 the bug problem is GROSS! I’m not staying here ever again. Stop being cheap and hire an exterminator!

Planned a fun weekend for the grandchildren wanting to make reservations at a motel w/swimming pool. I went to this motel on a Wednesday to make reservations for two nights the upcoming weekend; the reservations were confirmed. However, went to this same motel on Friday Evening to check in and was told my reservations are being canceled because I am a local resident. I TOTALLY understand why they cannot rent to a local, however, they should have NEVER confirmed the reservations in the first place. The Grand Children were extremely disappointed.

Juan provided very rude service upon checkin, said there’s no late checkout, and they lied when I booked about the pool working. The pool and hot tub have been out of commission for at least two months now and they do not care about fixing it. When I told him I wouldn’t have booked it if I knew that, he said we can just cancel now and you can leave. It was three AM when we finally arrived due to flight delays, so we don’t really have that option. However, the morning staff and the breakfast host were incredibly nice and hospitable.

Alicia and Scott were wonderful. I fudged up and booked the room for the wrong day, and they were kind of enough to assist me in getting a room even though they were booked solid. Pros: shuttle service is quick and easy. Clean rooms. Comfy pillows. Breakfast. Inexpensive.
