Living at Executive Towers was by far my most enjoyable rental experience in NYC. Amazing location, although parking can be problematic especially during baseball season. Outside of that, I really can't complain at all. Great location, great food trucks nearby, awesome consignment shops, tons of delivery options, wide variety of delicious, authentic ethnic food, an awesome deli near the courthouse that will deliver in the rain with a smile, cool little lounges with great music, and the list goes on. Lived alone in a studio and always felt safe anywhere in the building. The doormen were exceptional and always willing to help when needed. I will always have beautiful, positive memories of my time spent living on the Concourse. Nothing quite like it.
