I gave it 4 stars because I do not live at the Stratford or it's sister property, the Andover. But I have 2 children that live at each location. The public areas are buildings are cleaned with fastidious care. Staff is super courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Beautiful window views and more than ample apartment floor space is the icing on the cake! You'll love it here...

I have lived here for over 5 of years. The staff is very helpful and management cares. The building has a lot of amenities with reasonable rents. I also appreciate that they try to keep you as a tenant when your lease ends.

Residents make use of the recreational lounge with kitchen facilities available for private parties. They also enjoy the large rooftop pool and lounge, sunroom, saunas, and children's pool and fully equipped fitness center.
Yes, our residents are welcome to workout freely in our well-equipped fitness center.
